In a meeting with our colleagues from Kofola, we accidentally stumbled upon an intention to invest a rather large sum of money (to the order of a few million Czech crowns) into a production planning tool. We brought the excessively high price of one of the providers of interest to their attention in good time. We proposed a tender, which we, in the end, completely organized from the beginning to the successful end.

McShakespeare grew from a small business into a company and its owners wanted to start managing it more systematically, which is not at all easy in a content marketing and creative company. Over the course of a couple of workshops, our joint work lead to defining the company vision and shared values. What followed was the involvement of all the employees in creating the company manual which now contains the basic SOPs: rules of the company operation, work organization, processes, remuneration principles and basic rules of collegial coexistence and cooperation.

The goal of the project was to implement a process management tool and simplify internal policy. Together we defined the methodology of process management and implemented it in the QPR Suite tool, which we integrated with a modified SharePoint document library.

The goal of the joint project was to replace an outdated information system that wasn’t sufficient for the future needs of Smero. At the beginning, we mapped out all the necessary key processes and defined the functionality requirements. What followed was a tender and successful implementation of a company-wide information system.

The goal of our collaboration was to replace an unstable IT system provider. After mapping out the current processes and proposing the optimal future settings, we organized a tender. We conducted price and contractual negotiations with the providers in which we reached both favourable terms and mutual balance.

The goal of the joint project is the preparation of the assignment for the selection and implementation of CRM and ERP solutions in the company Flowmon, which deals with the development and distribution of systems for monitoring data networks. Currently, the negotiations with providers and the preparation of the implementation itself are taking place.

VÚV commissioned us with mapping out the current processes and proposing the optimal target state for the purposes of choosing a new information system. We created comprehensive process maps for the whole organization, attaching specific requests for an information system. Finally, we organized a complete tender in collaboration with another partner specializing in public procurement.
